Assembled with a special self-lubricating washer that provides for constant positive tension and smooth operation, each fastener is hand worked to eliminate surface imperfections for a polished, elegant appearance. Further, your Baldwin casement fastener comes with a solid brass surface strike and all necessary installation hardware, with additional strikes sold separately (see models 0494.RIM and 0494.MORT for rim or mortise strikes).
